We present the design and results of empirical research, facing the actual problem of integration of theoretical and methodological knowledge of different areas of psychology to solve actual applied problems of modern physical medicine.For the first time, we described the use of gender-based approach to the study of psychological structures of disease internal picture in men aged 25 to 49, suffering from various forms of active pulmonary tuberculosis no more caruso rhodiola than 3 years.The hypothesis that individual gender characteristics are personality determinants of formation specific adaptation to the disease is confirmed by the results of empirical research.
